From the moment we first meet, you’ll be on the path to ROARING like a true champion. It all starts with a free, personal consultation with me, Coach Andy. This can either be done physically at Lions United or, we are also set up for Zoom conferences and we have a virtual tour of the facility set up as well. I offer a variety of services including, Personal Training, Group Sessions, Sport Specific Training, Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Core Strength, Sensory Exercises, Vestibular, Proprioception, Motor Planning, Superhero Training, Curbside Camp, and Nutritional Coaching. Most of these services are also offered via Zoom. I also offer the option for a Video On Demand Package, which is a custom built package tailored to your specific goals. Pre-built videos are also available. These are designed to be executed virtually anywhere and can be accessed via iphone, android, ipad, tablet, member portal, and our free downloadable app. 

The heartbeat of my program is connecting and building trust. I want to get to know you. What motivates you, what drives you, what kind of music you listen to, what does your average day look like, and most importantly, what are you eating? We aren’t just training for competition. We’re training for life. And when I connect with you, I mean really connect…you are going to realize that you are able to do things you never thought were possible. Inside and outside of the gym. I love helping people…period. My mission is simple. “What you may think is impossible, I help you to develop the I’m Possible attitude.” Is it gonna be easy? No way! I’m going to push you harder than you’ve ever been pushed before. There is no special treatment here. Some athletes may have more of a learning curve, but that’s not what I mean. Everyone is treated the same! Like a professional athlete. From the moment we sit down and talk…is when your life really begins! I can’t wait to meet you! And remember, absolutely everyone and every ability are welcome!
